At BEZARE, we aim to deliver high-quality apparel to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Returns are only accepted in case of:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items or discounted products

• Used or washed items

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds are issued via:

  • Bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa (for COD orders)

Exchange Policy

• We offer exchange only for size issues (if applicable).

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
